摘    要:结合保定安新220 kV变电站工程,通过研究高洪水淹没对变电站的影响,提出了允许洪水进站、电气设备高位布置的变电站防洪设计理念,对土资源匮乏、高洪水淹没地区变电站防洪优化设计具有较强的现实指导意义。

Abstract:Combined with the Anxin 220 kV substation project in Banding, this paper studied on the influence of high submerged depths on substations. The design concept of flood control for substations was put forward which was permitting the flood go into the substation and building the higher electrical equipment foundation than water level. This design concept has realistic guiding significance to the flood control of the substations in the areas that is short of earthwork and has high submerged depths.
