摘    要:首次以杂多酸为催化剂采用酯法合成丙二醇单醚乙酸酯。对合成丙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯的工艺条件进行了讨论。实验结果表明,以杂多酸为催化剂产率可达90%以上,选择性可达99%,其催化效果要强于浓硫酸催化剂。

Abstract:Propylene glycol monoether acetate was synthesized using heteropoly acid as catalyst for the firsttime. We discussed the technological conditions of synthesizing propylene glycol monoether acetate. The results indicated that the yield was over 90% and the selectivity was 99% when the heteropoly acid was used as catalyst. The catalytic effect of heteropoly acid was superior to concentrated sulphuric acid.
