珠江三角洲城市用水量特征研究

摘    要:分析珠江三角洲7大城市近10 a的用水变化情况,及各城市用水结构,探索各城市用水特点。分析表明,经济社会的发展需求与水资源紧张的矛盾日益突出。在最严格水资源管理制度总量控制红线的督促下,各行业须严格管理、进一步节水才能满足社会经济发展用水需求。建设海绵城市体系,提高雨水的综合利用效率,有助于缓解城市雨洪风险,改善水生态安全,也是城市水资源开源节流的切实可行的办法,为城市用水提供了新型水源。

Abstract:The water consumption data of seven cities of Pearl River Delta in the past ten years are analyzed and the characteristics of urban water use are explored. The result shows the contradiction between urban economic development and water resources shortage has become increasingly prominent in the Pearl River Delta. In order to meet the social and economic development of water demand under the total control of the red line supervision in the most stringent water resources management system, it is neceesary for the whole society to participte strictly manage and advanced water conservation. In the next ten years, water resource is still one of the basic factors that affect the sustainable development of the Pearl River Delta economic and social.Building sponge city is a vital part for ecological civilization construction,and flood control.It is an important new water source for urban and can saving plenty of water by releasing eco-environmental water. The water obtained from sponge city construction will be essential for urban waterdemanddevelopment in the pearl river delta.
