摘    要:在总结冷冲压模具基本选材原则、典型热处理规范,以及行业经验的基础上,借助计算机技术、专家系统技术和数据库技术,开发出了基于Windows平台的冷冲压模具选材及热处理方案制定专家系统,实现了冷冲压模具常用零件选材及其热处理方案制定的计算机化和准智能化。本文研发的专家系统可以根据用户提供的冷冲压工艺类型、制件材质、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及其板料厚度、生产批量等综合信息,应用基于规则的正向推理机制,结合知识库中的专家知识,高效可靠地从数据库中挖掘满足冷冲压模具制造和使用要求的候选模具材料, 以及推荐的热处理工艺方案。

Abstract:On the foundation of summarizing the principle of material selection about punching die, the criterion of typical heat treatment plan and the experience of mould trade, by used of computer technology, expert system technology and database technology, an expert system, as a subsystem of mould material and heat treatment process-plan database, which based on windows platform, of materials selection and heat treatment plan for punching die part was developed. The computerization and intelligentization of material selection and heat-treatment-plan design for daily parts of the punching die were realized in the system. According to integrated information which user offered, such as punching type, ware material, size precision, surface roughness, plate thickness, product amount and so on, using forward reasoning mechanism based on the rule and combining the expert data in knowledge-base, the mould materials and the heat treatment plan, which satisfy the demand of die manufacture and use, are efficiently excavated by the system from the mould material database.
