摘    要:该研究建立一种溶剂梯度结合流速梯度洗脱―高效液相色谱法快速测定叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基对甲酚(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)四种抗氧化剂分析方法。试验以甲醇―0.5%乙酸溶液(v/v=65/35)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,并结合流速梯度洗脱,在10 min内分离上述四种物质。该法线性范围为0.25~250μg/mL,最小检测限为0.1~0.5μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,平均回收率为90.9%~96.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5.0%(n=5)。该法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作方便、检测快速,可作为一种检测食品抗氧化剂有效方法。

Abstract:A method has been developed for fast determination of four antioxidants by solvent gradient combined with velocity gradient elution–high performance liquid chromatography,such as butyl hydroxy anisd(BHA),2,6–butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT),tertiary butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ) and propyl gallate(PG).Methanol and 0.5% ethylic acid(v/v=65/35)was used as mobile phase using a solvent gradient elution combined with velocity gradient elution.Under the optimization conditions,the four antioxidants were separated within 10 min.The linear range was between 0.25 and 250 μg/mL,the detection limits were ranged from 0.1 to 0.5 μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient was between 0.9995 and 0.9999,the average recovery was 90.9%~96.1%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5.0%(n=5).The method had advantages of high sensitivity,good reproducibility,simple operation,rapid determination,and it was an effective method for determining antioxidants in samples.
