摘    要:分析了国产125机组汽轮机两班制运行过程中出现的调节级温度变化过快、汽缸进冷汽、内外壁温差偏大、启动时汽温负匹配、高、中压缸水冲击等问题出现原因,提出了解决意见。

Abstract:Problems such as exccessive temperature change of governing stage,sudden temperature drop of 1st and 2nd extracted steam,exccessive temperature deviation between intermal and outer wall of HP cylinder,negative match of steam temperature and water hammer of IP and LP cylinder occurred during 2 shift operation of 125 MW turbine are analysed and remedial measures suggested.
