| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of the efficient prestressed concrete technique in the design and construction of the 12m span floors in the Guiyang Second Long distance Telecommunication Control Building project. It details the major construction procedure of the prestress without bond in view of the tube out frame in structural style used in this project. |
