| 摘 要： | 建立了用三氯乙酸溶液提取,三氯甲烷反萃取,甲醇和磷酸溶液为流动相,高效液相色谱法测定烟草中水杨酸含量的方法.结果表明,水杨酸的回收率为88％～90％,相对标准偏差为3.3％～5.4％.采用该方法检测了10个烤烟烟叶样品,水杨酸含量在1.43～6.22 μg/g之间.

| Abstract: | A method for determining salicylic acid in tobacco was established with high performance liquid chromatography.Tobacco samples were extracted with trichloroacetic acid,then back extracted with chloroform,and detected by using methanol and phosphoric acid as a mobile phase.Ten flue-cured tobacco leaf samples were tested.The results showed that the recoveries of salicylic acid ranged from 88% to 90% with relative standard deviations of 3.3% to 5.4%.The contents of salicylic acid in the samples were in the ran... |
