广佛高速公路桥梁新旧结构连接方式

摘    要:广佛高速公路桥梁拓宽,涉及新结构与原结构的上部梁体连接。介绍了新旧简支T梁之间、简支空心板梁之间及连续箱梁之间等3种结构形式的相互连接。为减少对交通的影响,全部连接工作要求在不中断交通的情况下进行。另外,大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥——湖州大桥主桥采取了新旧结构翼缘板直接相连接的方法,系国内外首次。经实际运行和连接完成后的评定试验和实际运行,证明连接是可靠的、成功的。

Abstract:Involved in widening the bridges on Guang~Fo Expressway is the connection between the new and old upper beam structures, and hereby introduced are three forms of connection between the new and old simple support T-beams, simple support hollow slab beams and continuous box beams. To minimize the impact on traffic, all work for connection is required not to interrupt normal vehicle flows. Furthermore, it is the first time in China to connect new structural flange slabs immediately with old ones on the main part of Huzhou Bridge, of the large span PC continuous beam type.It is proved through the appraisal test and practical operation that the connection is reliable and successful.
