榅桲果实中生物碱粗提物的抑菌作用研究

摘    要:经过定性实验确定榅桲中含生物碱,用分光光度法测定榅桲果实总生物碱含量为1.2%。又对榅桲果实生物碱粗提物对几种常见菌株进行体外抑菌实验。结果表明,榅桲果实生物碱粗提物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抑制作用,但对黑曲霉、根霉、青霉和酵母菌的抑制效果不太明显。

Abstract:Alkaloid in fruits of Cydonia oblonga Mill was extracted and determined, and its antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus sp, Penicillium sp were evaluated. Results showed that the crude alkaloid in fruits of Cydonia oblonga Mill was 1.2%. The crude alkaloid extract exhibited inhibition effect on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but have no effect on the other 4 fugus.
