换热器管板孔内不开槽的强度胀接

摘    要:工业冷冻机组和中央空调水冷冷水机组用换热器的换热管通常有钢管、铜管、铜镍管和钛管等,其与管板的连接方式采用强度胀接的方式。传统的管板与换热管的强度胀接是通过在管板孔内开若干条胀管槽实现的。本文根据管板孔内不开槽的强度胀接工艺试验和实际生产中的应用情况,说明换热管与管板的强度胀接也可通过管板孔内不开槽和加胀管胶水实现。

Abstract:The heat exchange tubes of heat exchanger used for industrial refrigeration unit and the central air-conditioning water cooled chiller are steel tubes, copper tubes, copper-nickel tubes and titanium tubes, etc. Their connections to the tube sheet uses the method of strength expanding. Traditionally, these connections are realized through a number of expanding tube's grooves inside the heat exchanger tube sheet hole. It is verified that the strength expanding between the exchange tube and tube sheet can be realized through trenchless of tube sheet hole with expanding tube glue, based on the engineering test about strength expanding of trenchless of tube sheet hole and its practical production application.
