多孔固体催化剂的有效导热系数

摘    要:建立了测定多孔固体催化剂骨架导热系数的实验装置和由此计算催化剂有效导热系数的简化方法,测定并计算了若干工业过程催化剂的有效导热系数,同时,计算了甲烷蒸汽转化催化剂的非等温效率因子。

Abstract:In this paper an apparatus for measuring thermal conductivities of porous catalysts was established and a simplified method to calculate effective thermal conductivities of porous ctalysts was developed. The effective thermal conductivities of several industrial catalysts, such as J105 methanation catalyst, WB-12 high-temperature shift catalyst, C301 methanol synthesis catalyst and Z405 methane steam reforming catalyst were obtained. Meanwhile, by considering the intraparticala temperature distributions, the effectiveness factors of methane steam-reforming catalyst were calculated by orthogonal collocation method. The results were reasonable.
