基于"数据驱动计量"的通用微波小功率自动计量系统

摘    要:目前各种微波小功率计量自动控制系统都是针对特定配置研制的,缺乏通用性和扩展性,造成重复开发。针对此问题,基于VC.net2003平台和VPP虚拟仪器软件规范,提出了设备数据封装协议,从而实现了基于“数据驱动计量”的通用微波小功率自动计量系统。目前,系统可以完成十多家知名企业的几十种功率座和功率计产品自动计量检定。通过扩展向导,用户可自己添加需要扩展的仪器,并且具备了数据输入输出、数据检测、数据管理、数据对比、设备管理、即时流程控制、不确定度分析等多项实用功能。该系统提高了实验室功率校准的准确度、速度,提高了效率。

Abstract:At present,all the microwave low power measurement autocontrol systems were developed aiming at a particular configuration and lacked generalization and expandability so as to the repeated development.In allusion to the point,base on the platform of VC.net2003 and VPP virtual instrumentation software architecture,a protocol "instrument data encapsulation" is developed,and the general microwave low power calibration on the basis of "measure driven by data"is realized.At present,the system could calibrate tens of power sensors and power meters from more than ten famous companies in the field and has a lot of functions such as data input/output,data detection,data management,instrument management,real-time flow control and uncertainty analysis.The system increases the precision of power calibration,speeds up the power calibration and improves the calibration efficiency in laboratory.
