基于协同学原理的水资源配置综合评价

摘    要:为合理评价多种水资源配置方案的优劣,根据协同学原理中的序参量和有序度概念,对经济子系统、社会子系统、生态环境子系统各设置了一正一负的序参量指标,给出了阈值范围和有序度、协调度的计算公式,构建了基于协同学原理的协调度评价模型,并应用于东江流域水资源优化配置方案集的评价和筛选,丰富了水资源配置综合评价方法。

Abstract:For the configuration of reasonable evaluation of various water quality,according to the order parameter in Synergetics principle, economy subsystem, society subsystem and environment subsystem have been set one positive one negative order parameter index,and calculation formula of threshold range and degree of order and coordination are got.Moreover, Synergetics coordination degree evaluation model is built based on the principle,and applied to the evaluation of water resources optimization allocation scheme in Dongjiang River Basin and screening,which enrich the comprehensive evaluation of water resources allocation method.
