山桐子油对力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体的保护作用

摘    要:为了探讨山桐子油对力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体的保护作用,将50只SD大鼠随机分成对照组,力竭运动组,低、中、高剂量山桐子油组,其中对照组不进行任何运动,力竭运动组进行跑步运动训练,低、中、高剂量山桐子油组进行跑步运动的同时在运动之后2 h分别灌胃山桐子油,实验持续6周,每周6日,周日休息。研究结果表明:力竭运动组大鼠心肌线粒体内的ATP合成能力、SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、CAT活性与对照组相比均明显降低(P <0. 05,P <0. 01),Ca^2+含量、MDA含量与对照组相比明显增加(P <0. 05,P <0. 01);低、中、高剂量山桐子油组大鼠的ATP合成能力、SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、CAT活性呈上升趋势,Ca^2+含量、MDA含量呈下降趋势;高剂量山桐子油组大鼠的ATP合成能力、SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、CAT活性、Ca^2+含量、MDA含量与力竭运动组相比具有显著性差异(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。说明山桐子油对力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体有很好的保护作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the protective effect of Idesia policarpa Maxim oil on myocardial mitochondria in rats after exhaustive exercise,fifty SD rats were randomly divided into control group,exhaustive exercise group,low,middle and high dose of Idesia policarpa Maxim oil groups. The control group did no exercise,and the exhaustive exercise group did run training. The low,middle and high dose groups were fed with Idesia policarpa Maxim oil 2 h after running. The training was performed for 6 weeks,6 d a week and rested on Sunday. The results showed that ATP synthesis ability,SOD activity,GSH-Px activity and CAT activity in myocardial mitochondria of exhaustive exercise group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),Ca^2+ content and MDA content were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). The ATP synthesis ability,SOD activity,GSH-Px activity and CAT activity of low,middle and high dose of Idesia policarpa Maxim oil groups increased,while Ca^2+ content and MDA content decreased. The ATP synthesis ability,SOD activity,GSH-Px activity,CAT activity,Ca^2+ content and MDA content of high dose of Idesia policarpa Maxim oil group had significant differences with the exhaustive exercise group (P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). The results indicated that the Idesia policarpa Maxim oil had a good protective effect on myocardial mitochondria in rats after exhaustive exercise.
