藤茶中二氢杨梅素的提取纯化工艺研究

摘    要:对藤茶中二氢杨梅素的提取和纯化工艺进行了研究,通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳工艺参数:提取温度95℃,提取时间120min,料液比1:25,原料粒度80目,在此条件下,二氢杨梅素得率为22.8%。将粗提物经丙酮回流提取、浓缩、加水沉淀后得到晶体,晶体经4次重结晶后,得到二氢杨梅素产品,其纯度可达91.3%,得率为4.2%。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction and purification of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata was researched.The optimum conditions was determined by the One-factor and orthogonal tests:the extraction temperature was 95℃,the extraction time was 120min,the ratio of material to water was 1:25,the granularity of material was 80 sieve,under the optimum conditions,the extraction rate of dihydromyricetin was 22.8%.The crude extraction was circumfluenced by acetone,concentrated,deposited by water,then the crystal was got,recrystal it for 4 times,the product of dihydromyricetin was got,the purity was 91.3% and the extraction rate was 4.2%.
