轮胎加速度传感器的汽车制动性能监测分析

摘    要:以加速度传感器为基础,提出了一种新型的动态汽车制动性能监测方案。通过安装在汽车轮胎内部的加速度传感器,获取轮胎的离心力,并进行数据换算得到轮胎的制动力,以非接触方式向驾驶台传送信号,根据4个轮胎的制动力信号,就可以进行汽车制动性能的监测。对传感器信号的特征、制动性能的转换关系等作了前期M atlab仿真分析,为后续动态汽车制动性能监测系统的实现提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A scheme of automobile dynamic braking pertormance monitoring is proposed on the basis of using tire aecelerometers. The aeeelerometer is installed inside tires of automobile to obtain the signal of centrifugal force which can work out the braking performance of tires. The signals are sent out to console by means of wireless communication operation. The signal property of transducer and the conversion relationship of braking performance are simulated by Matlab. The results provied the basis for realization of automobile dynamic braking performance monitoring system.
