摘    要:为提高钨资源回收,针对某铜矿山含WO30.089%的铜浮选尾矿,采用“磁选预先脱出磁黄铁矿-硫化矿浮选-钨粗选-白钨加温精选”的工艺以及白钨矿捕收剂FW,进行了较为系统的选矿试验研究。研究表明,由于磁黄铁矿被强烈抑制,难以活化浮选,采用磁选工艺脱出磁黄铁矿是获得较高品质钨精矿的关键。试验分别考察了油酸、ZL、FW三种捕收剂对白钨矿浮选的影响,试验表明,白钨矿捕收剂FW有着较强的捕收能力和选择性。研究最终获得钨精矿含WO356.24%,回收率52.54%的试验指标。

Abstract:China's tungsten resources reserves and and technical level limitations, tungsten resource tungsten lost in tailings. Aiming at copper flotation production is the largest in the world. Due to historical reasons utilization rate has been unfavorable with considerable part of tailings containing W03 0.089 %, the process of "pre-remove magnetic pyrrhotite by magnetic separation-sulfide ores floatation-tungsten roughing-scheelite heating cleaning" and the high efficient Collector FW which was researched independently was adopted through the experimental research systematically. Tungsten concentrate containing WO3 56.24 % with a recovery rate of 52.54 % was obtained. The development of the technology of low grade tungsten resources has good technical reference value for improving the comprehensive tungsten utilization rate and reducing tungsten tailings discharge.
