微蒸馏气相色谱法测定水溶液样品中的甲醇

摘    要:通过微蒸馏方法将水中的甲醇与基体分离,并且同时富集微量甲醇,用气相色普法分析,氢焰检测器检测,样品需要(5-20)mL(取决于甲醇的浓度),蒸馏时间大约为5min,加入NaCl,可以提高检测灵敏度,甲醇检测限为0.02mg/L,平均回收率为97.8%,浓缩倍数为30倍,本方法适用于微量甲醇的分析,同时也可用于常量分析。

Abstract:Methanol from Aqueous Sample can be concentrated and separated with microdistillation, analyzed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection. Sample volume requirements range from 5 to 20 mL. The method detection limit for methanol is 0.02mg/L. The concentration factor is 30 .The total distillation time is about 5 min. The average recovery is 97.8%. Microdistillation system is very effective to concentrate water-soluble volatile organic compounds. This method applies to trace quantity, also ordinary quantity,of methanol.
