摘    要:分析了染整生产中四个节约热能的问题及其正确节能的途径。一、使用湿蒸汽时应该增加汽水分离,并把热水回锅炉,既达到节能目的又有利于生产。二、供低压蒸汽虽有节能的一面,但只是在回水从地沟排掉时才成立。真正的节能是做好回收回水的工作。在供汽压力过低时还会造成能量的损失。三、无论是人工手动控制或微机自动控制供用、汽之间的数量平衡的办法,它并不能节能。合理的办法是在供汽用汽之间加一个起平衡作用的蒸汽蓄热器,保

Abstract:This paper analyzes four energy saving problems and their correct solving methods in the dyeing and finishing processing: 1. Separation of vapour from water should be improved while using wet steam and let hot water return to the boiler; 2. Although energy saving can be effected by way of pioviding low pressure steam,it is subject to that condensed water mast be drained from ditch. The pressure of steam supply being too low will cause loss of energy,and the real energy saving cornes from recovery of condensed water; 3.Energy saving can not he realized by manual or microprocessor control to balance the amount of steam supply and steam consumption. A steam heat accumulator for equilibrium should be fixed between steam supply and use,thus ensuring the boiler operating under optimal load condition; 4. Heat exchanger is not an effective unit for recovering low temperature used heat. It is heat pump that can saving energy. An absorption type heat pump should be selected for it is more effective than a compression type.
