无烟煤二氧化碳气化反应动力学研究

摘    要:应用热分析原理以非等温方法研究二氧化碳与无烟煤的气化反应,并通过Freeman-Carroll微分法和Coats-Redfern积分法求解动力学参数.结果表明:不同分析方法和拟合区域会影响热分析结果;采用均相一级反应模型进行拟合,得到气化反应速率常数、反应活化能和指前因子.贵州无烟煤和山西无烟煤气化反应最佳温度区间接近,动力学参数相差不大.

Abstract:The temperature-programmed thermogravimetry was applied to the anthraciteCO2 reaction kinetics study. Several thermoanalytical methods such as the Freeman-Carroll differentiation method and the Coats-Redfern integration method were adopted to calculate the kine,tic parameters of two kinds of anthracite gasification with COz. Results indicated that the thermoanalytical results were influenced by the thermoanalytical method used, by rate of heating and the section chosen for correlation etc. The kinetic parameteres including the reaction rate constant, the reaction activity energy and the exponential factor were obtained by using the homogeneous model. The kinetic parameters obtained by the Coats-Redfern method deviated from the other method. The optimum gasification temperature section of Guizhou anthracite closely resembles that of Shanxi anthracite, the kinetic parameters are also the similar.
