摘 要: | 以钛酸丁酯为钛源,尿素为氮源,采用溶胶——凝胶法制备纳米TiO2胶体。通过XRD、FI-IR、TG/DTG、UV-VisDRS等分析方法发现,氮掺杂对TiO2的晶型转化起抑制作用;紫外-可见光吸收光谱的分析结果表明,氮掺杂纳米TiO2可有效增强其紫外光区和可见光区吸收性能,拓展了纳米TiO2的光响应波长范围,提高了其光催化性能。

Abstract: | TiO2-based semiconductor photocatalysis technology has shown potentially advantageous for environmental remediation, leading to complete mineralization at ambient conditions with the energy source of ultraviolet light.An effective approach to tune the optical response of TiO2 from the ultraviolet to the visible spectral range is doping with non-metal nitrogen. |
