燃气内燃机热管中冷器设计

摘    要:中冷器是增压内燃机的主要组成部分,其性能优劣直接影响着内燃机的性能,配置高效的中冷器,一直是内燃机强化的主要内容之一。传统管片式中冷器,冷热源之间应有足够大的温差,否则效果很差。热管俗称超热导体,其传热能力比普通金属高出几百倍至数千倍。用热管做中冷器,能够缩小设备结构,提高换热效率。本文通过对热管中冷器的设计计算分析,阐述了热管技术在内燃机上应用技术可行性和经济可行性。

Design of Heat Pipe Intercooler for Internal Combustion Engine

Abstract:The intercooler is a key component of the internal combustion engine, hs perform- ance directly affects the combustion performance of the internal combustion engine, so a high effi- cient intereooler is always considered for the engine. For the traditional finned tube intereooler, there must be sufficient temperature difference between the cold and hot sources in order to achieve perfect heat conductive efficiency. Compared to common mental materials, heat pipes, known as super heat conductor, can transfer heat hundred or thousand times higher. A heat pipe intercooler is compact in structure and transfer heat transfer much efficiently. Depending calculation and analysis, this paper discusses the technical and economical feasibilities of application of heat pipe intercoolers on internal combustion engines.
