摘    要:研制了一种基于GSM SMS的输电线路绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测系统,简述了其系统构成和工作原理,给出了监测分机和专家软件的具体设计方法,并对其进行了系统的性能测试.试验结果表明:采集环的采集效果大于97%;泄漏电流的测量误差小于1%.运行结果表明:系统可精确测量绝缘子表面的泄漏电流、脉冲频次以及环境温湿度等信息,实时反映了运行绝缘子的电气绝缘性能.

Abstract:A remote GSM SMS system signed and produced, the composition of on-line measuring insulator leakage current was deand the theory of which were described. The designation methods of the monitoring unit and the expert software were outlined in detail. The experimental results show that the validity of current collector is greater than 97% and the measurement error of the leakage current is less than 1%. The running results show that the leakage current, the pulse current and the humidity etc. can be precisely measured by the on-line monitoring system, and that the insulation status of the running insulators was clear.
