| 摘 要： | 目前提高交换机的接通率已经成为了我们优化工作的一项重点。交换机接通率受交换、无线网络以及用户等诸多因素的影响，文章通过对西门子交换机中各项话务统计指标的分析，探讨了以上各种因素的影响程度，并且分别提出了相应的解决办法。
