竹炭/铜基抗菌细旦长丝针织物的服用性能研究

摘    要:竹炭/铜基抗菌细旦长丝具优良的抗菌、除臭等功能。选用8.33tex/72f竹炭/铜基抗菌细旦长丝和8.33tex/24f常规涤纶长丝,分别制备了纬平针织物和双罗纹织物,测试并比较了其服用性能。试验结果显示:竹炭/铜基抗菌细旦长丝的断裂强力和针织物顶破强力较常规涤纶长丝和针织物低,但其延伸性较好,且竹炭/铜基抗菌细旦长丝针织物具有更好的透气性、抗起毛起球性、抗折皱性和芯吸性能。

Abstract:Fine denier bamboo charcoal/copper filament had functions of anti-bacteria and deodorization. Two filaments of 8.33 tex /72 f fine denier bamboo charcoal/copper and 8.33 tex /24 f conventional polyester were selected and knitted to pain and interlock fabrics respectively, then their wearing performances were tested and compared. The experimental results showed that, the breaking strength of fine denier bamboo charcoal/copper filament and its fabric bursting strength were lower than those of polyester, but such as filament extensibility as well as fabric permeability, pilling and fuzzing characteristics, crease recovering and wicking effect were better.
