丁烯氧化脱氢流化床用W-201催化剂的研究与开发

摘    要:本文报导了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二始新型无铬铁系W-201催化剂的实验室研究和工业生产结果在 H-198催化剂的基础上,未经中试,在φ2600mm挡板流化床生产装置上,实现了工业放大试生产一次成功 在与H-198催化剂相近的操作条件下,在1008小时的连续运转中,获得了平均丁二烯收率70.4%,平均丁二烯选择性89.8%的结果。

Abstract:This paper reported the results of laboratory study and industrial development of the new type non chrome ferrite W-201 catalyst for n-butene oxidative dehydrogenation to butadiene.Under the operation conditions similar to that of H-198 catalyst, N-butene oxidative dehydrogenation,without pilot test,was successfully carried out in industrial 2600mm baffle fluidized-bed. Results from 1008 hours of continuous operation of the industrial plant showed that the average conversion of n butene was 70.4% and the average selectivity to butadiene was 89.8%.
