| 摘 要： | 软件工程领域知识的更新换代非常迅速,在软件工程的教育中我们十分注重学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养。为了这一目标,我院非常强调与企业进行密切的工程实践合作,让企业深度参与培养计划制定,让企业贯穿实践培养的全环节,参与我院的日常教学,协助培养学生的软性技能等,取到了良好的教学效果。
