摘    要:继电保护装置呈现爆炸式增长趋势,传统的继电保护停电检验方式存在不能按时开展检验工作、需要耗费巨大的人力和经济成本等问题。为了解决上述问题,设计了一套安全高效的继电保护远方不停电检验系统。基于现有的变电站继电保护系统,通过采用继电保护不停电传动功能,扩展变电站智能运维业务的方式实现。并充分考虑继电保护远方不停电检验的安全性,设计了继电保护、智能录波器、主站三级多重安全防误。为了实现高效的智能检验,设计了跳合闸回路监视预警、开关机械特性监视预警和主子站一体化功能等核心功能。通过工程化应用的遵循原则、应用情况及效果表明,所提系统可以改变继电保护传统人工停电检验模式,具有实用化价值和工程化前景。

Abstract:Relay protection devices show an explosive growth trend. There are some problems in the traditional method of relay protection test. For example, it cannot carry out the inspection work on time, and requires huge human resources and economic costs, etc. To solve the above problems, a safe and efficient relay protection remote power-on test system is designed. Based on the existing relay protection system of a substation, the system is realized using the power-on transmission function of relay protection, and expanding the intelligent operation and maintenance business of the substation. The system fully considers the security of relay protection remote power-on test, and designs three-level multiple security error prevention of relay protection, with an intelligent recorder and master station. To achieve an efficient intelligent test, the system designs such core functions as monitoring and warning of the trip and close circuits, monitoring and warning of mechanical characteristics of switches, and integration of master and slave stations. Given the principle, application and effect of engineering application, the system can change the traditional manual power-off test mode of relay protection, and has practical value and engineering prospect.
