摘    要:研究了以采用超声浸渍法制备的负载金属氧化物固体超强酸WO3/ZrO2为催化剂,用邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,考察了反应条件对该反应的影响。结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:酐醇物质的量比1:3.0,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的2.0%,反应时间3h,反应温度150℃。在此条件下酯收率达95.75%以上;经过后处理,产品纯度可达99.65%,其折光率(n20d)为1.4896,与文献值一致;该催化剂不仅具有反应活性高,而且重复使用性好,可代替硫酸用于该类反应。具有较好的工业应用前景。

The Catalytic Synthesis of Di- n- butyl Phthalate with Metal Oxide- supported Solid Superacid WO3/ZrO2 Catalyst

Abstract:The WO/ZrO2 solid superacid catalyst was prepared by using Zr (OH)4 as supporter with ultrasonic impregnation, phthalic aflhydride and n - butyl alcohol with raw materials applied for the synthese of DBP (di - n - butyl phthalate ) was studied. The effects of reaction conditions were discovered. The optimal conditions of synthesis of DBP by the WO3/ZrO2 solid superacid catalyst were: mole ratio of n - butyl alcohol to phthalic anhydride 3.0 : 1, mass of catalyst for 2. 0% of phthalie anhydride; reaction time 3 h and reaction temperature 150℃, esterification yield was above 95.60%, After treatment, its purity was 99.65%. The catalyst had high reaction activity, good repeatability. The replacement of H2SO4 with solid super acid in the synthesis of DBP was worth to popularize in industry.
