生物铁-SMBR法处理印染废水

摘    要:为提高膜生物反应器(SMBR)的处理效果,在一体式膜生物反应器中加入氢氧化铁絮体,将生物铁法与一体式膜生物反应器相结合,提出了生物铁SMBR法.利用生物铁-SMBR法处理模拟印染废水,并与PAC-SMBR及普通SMBR进行平行对比试验,结果表明,生物铁-SMBR法在提高处理效果方面具有明显优势.在其容积负荷比普通SMBR平均高25%的情况下,生物铁-SMBR法对COD、染料、NH3-N(氨-氮)的去除率分别高1.0%、9.5%、5.2%.与普通SMBR相比,PAC-SMBR也能够提高对印染废水的处理效果.在其容积负荷比后者平均高6%的情况下,对COD、染料、NH3-N的去除率分别比后者高0.6%、4.0%、5.3%.

Abstract:To enhance removal efficiency,Fe(OH)_3 was added to submerged membrane bioreactor(SMBR),thus,a new method of combination of SMBR and Bioferric was put forward.Parallel experiments of Bioferric-SMBR, powered active carbon-SMBR(PAC-SMBR) and common SMBR dealing with dyeing wastewater were carried out.Bioferric-SMBR showed great superiority which could enhance removal efficiency obviously.When volume load rate was 25% higher than that of common SMBR,the removal efficiency of Bioferric SMBR on COD,chroma and NH_3-N was 1.0%,9.5%,5.2% higher than that of the latter respectively.PAC addition can improve the performance of SMBR also.When volume load rate was 6% higher than that of common SMBR,the removal efficiency of PAC-SMBR on COD,chroma and NH_3-N was 0.6%,4.0%,5.38% higher than that of the latter respectively.
