| 摘 要： | 在不改变氯丁橡胶原有生产工艺的条件下，将复合防焦烧剂P—X(具有特定结构的噻唑类等之复合物)与氯丁橡胶原有的终止剂体系配成悬浮液，加入到达到聚合终点的聚氯丁二烯乳液中。P—X与聚氯丁二烯乳液体系相容性好，明显提高产品的门尼焦烧，改善胶科与其它助剂的混炼性能．同时又不影响氯丁橡胶的硫化及应力应变性能。

| Abstract: | A mixture of thiazolium complex (p-x) with special structure was used in the production of chloroprene rubber without changing its original process.When the reaction of chloroprene latex reached its terminal velocity,the suspension of terminator system containing p-x was added.The result showed good compatility between p-x and chloroprene latex,improved mooneyscorch,and intermix property with other additives.The vulcanization and its stress-strain properties were not affected. |
