摘    要:采用有机溶剂对塑料制品中的禁用芳香胺进行提取,提取液经浓缩后用甲醇定容,再进行超高效液相色谱分析,从而建立了一个同时测定塑料制品中24种禁用芳香胺的高效液相色谱方法。该方法的线性范围为0.5~50mg/L,加标回收率为59.5%~101.3%,RSD为0.75%~8.8%;在S/N=3的条件下,3,3'-二甲基联苯胺和3,3'-二甲氧基联苯胺检测限均为0.5mg/L,其余禁用芳香胺检测限均为0.3mg/L。

Abstract:An ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was established for the simultaneous determination of 24 kinds of banned aromatic amines in plastic products. The banned aromatic amines in plastic products are extracted by organic solvent. The extraction solution is concentrated and solved in methanol for UPLC analysis. The linear range is 0.5 to 50 mg/L and the recovery is 59.5% to 101.3%, with RSD of 0.75% to 8.8%. At the condition of S/N (signal/noise) =3, the detection limits are 0.5 mg/kg for 3,3'- dimethylbenzidine and 3,3'-dimethoxybenzidine and 0.3 mg/kg for the other banned aromatic amines.
