大功率中速柴油机活塞镶圈断裂的有限元分析

摘    要:大功率中速柴油机磨损的活塞镶装镶圈是一种有效的修复方法。为消除某中速柴油机活塞镶圈在热负荷状态下产生应力集中而发生断裂现象,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该合金钢活塞镶圈进行有限元分析。计算时把温度场和热变形作为结构应力计算的边界,获取活塞镶圈在热负荷状态下的综合应力场。结果表明在活塞镶圈的固定销孔处产生了较大的应力集中。固定销孔结构的不合理是导致活塞镶圈断裂的主要因素之一。

Abstract:Inserting ring carrier to the wearing piston of high-power medium speed diesel engine is a useful repaired way. In order to avoid stress concentration which result in the break of the ring carrier, this paper made a Finite Element analysis of the ring carrier inserted in the piston of a high-power medium speed diesel engine using ANSYS. The temperature field and thermal deformation of the piston and ring carrier was used as the boundary in the calculation of stress field. The FEA results show that stress concentration appears in the fixing hole of the ring carrier. The fixing hole fault is the main reason for the break of the ring carrier.
