| Abstract: | This experiment mainly introduced the reagent which was used for taking off film produced by high boiling point outgrowth of silicon monomer. This text was mainly about experimental theory, primary operating steps, raw materials and quality standards. This product is valuable and has great effect on industrial equipments. |
