| 摘 要： | 通过板坯连铸现场调查分析,研究连铸过程中发生的滞坯事故,在使用环境、工作磨损状态、堆焊原理等方面分析了连铸机1#冷却段辊系的失效形式,并提出了对策,为长寿命连铸辊的设计和使用提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the failure condition of roller in bending section of continuous caster in terms of operation environment,service wear and build-up welding principle based on field investigation and analysis of slab caster and study on slab blocking in continuous casting process and presents the countermeasure to offer basis for design and operation of the long life continuous casting rollers. |
