桥式起重机起升机构减速器状态监测系统

摘    要:针对桥式起重机起升机构减速器传统的检测方法,设计了基于无线收发芯片nRF403的减速器状态监测系统。整个系统有效地结合了传感器检测技术、无线通信技术和信号处理技术,将采集的减速器信号通过无线通信技术传至地面计算机,再利用希尔伯特变换对采集的信号进行处理。试验结果证明该系统能有效地降低减速器发生故障的概率。

Abstract:Aiming at problems with the traditional detecting method of the hoisting mechanism speed reducer of the bridge crane,a speed reducer state monitoring system,based on wireless transceiver chip nRF403,is designed in this paper. The entire system effectively combines the sensor measurement technology,the wireless communication technology and the signal processing technology,after the acquired signal of the speed reducer being transmitted to the ground based computer through wireless communication technology,the signal is then processed by using Hilbert transformation. The experimental results prove that this system can effectively decrease the probability of the speed reducer fault.
