摘    要:绝缘子污秽在线监测系统常通过监测绝缘子表面泄漏电流的大小来判断在线运行的绝缘子污秽状况。研究表明,泄漏电流除了与绝缘子表面的污秽状况有关外,还受温度、湿度等环境因素影响,并且与各因素之间存在复杂的非线性关系。文中在实验室模拟试验和现场实测数据的基础上,分析了环境因素对不同污秽程度绝缘子外部电气特性的影响,提出了基于模糊逻辑推理的绝缘子污秽程度评定方法,并建立了一套模糊推理规则。通过部分实验数据验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:The contamination condition of high voltage insulators is usually estimated by detecting the root mean square (r.m. s. ) of surface leakage current via online monitoring system. However, investigation shows that the leakage current is affected not only by the surface contamination of insulator but also by the environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and so on. The relationship between the current and those factors mentioned above is very complicated. In this paper, based on laboratory simulation experiments and field data, the influence of environmental factors on the exterior electrical characteristics of insulators with different contamination conditions is analyzed. A method to assess the surface contamination condition of insulators based on fuzzy logic reasoning and a set of fuzzy reasoning rules is proposed. Furthermore, the feasibility of the method presented in this paper has been validated in the laboratory and the field.
