| 摘 要： | 对锦棉织物的前处理、染色进行了探讨。采用轧卷堆置的方法进行前处理和卷染的方法进行染色。采用活性染料一浴法即在不同pH条件下进行染色，通过测定不同活性染料的上染率和固色率，确定采用CibacronFN型染料并制定了相应的生产工艺，整个生产过程采用低张力工艺，保证产品的质量和风格。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the pretreatment and dyeing process of polyamide--cotton mixture. Pretreated by pad--bathand dyeing in bat chwise dyeing . The dyeing in one bath of reactive dyes in different pH value. Through determining dye upeake and color fixing rate of different reactive dyes, We used cibacron FN reactive dye and designed the process. All process is in low strength ang impart the prodract satisfactorty guality and style. |
