摘    要:采用整体顶升法对不满足使用要求的桥梁支座进行更换,可恢复桥梁的使用性能。介绍了整体顶升法在更换桥梁支座的施工中,对施工准备、拆除约束构造及梁体限位、设置顶升设备、预顶升、更换支座、施工监控等方面进行施工质量控制的要点。

Control Points for Bridge Bearing Replacement by Integrated Lifting
Abstract:The method of integrated lifting is adopted to replace the bridge bearing not in compliance with the requirements of service, which can recover the performance of bridge for normal service. Introduced hereby are the key points for quality control during construction such as preparatory work, removal of constraint structures and girder limiters, installation of lifting facilities, pre-lifting, bearing replacement and construction supervision.
