变电站供电可靠性定量评估软件包的开发应用

在缘合应用电力系统可靠性理论、图论及面向对象(OOP)技术的基础上，采用Visual C 6.0和Access数据库开发了变电站供电可靠性定量评估软件包。该软件包具有一般图形程序基本功能、网图拓扑分析功能、一次电气设备与二次设备信息和计算参数的录入与修改功能、任意设置变电站运行方式功能、可靠性准则选定功能、可靠性指标计算和故障分析功能、设备故障对变电站可靠性影响程度的灵敏度分析功能及各种计算结果分析比较功能等。该软件包已用于实际工程中．为变电站的安全可靠运行提供定量分析指导。

Development and application of quantitative assessment software of substation reliability

Quantitative assessment software of power supply reliability of substation has been developed using Visual C 6.0 and Access, on the basis of the power system reliability theory, graph theory and Object Oriented Program (OOP) technology. It realizes the basic function of graph program, the function of topology analysis, the function of inputting and modifying primary and secondary equipment information and parameters, the function of setting arbitrary operating mode, the function of selecting reliability criterion, the function of calculating reliability indices and failure analysis, the function of analyzing the sensibility of the effects of equipment failure on the reliability of substation, the function of analyzing and comparing various result. The software has been applied in the practical project and provided quantitative analysis direction for safe and reliable operation of substation.
