超临界机组汽轮机固体颗粒侵蚀的综合研究

摘    要:章在调查国内外超临界和非超临界汽轮机固体颗粒侵蚀(Solid Particle Erosion,SPE)损伤及其对机组安全经济性影响的基础上,介绍了固体颗粒的生成和特性以及采用数值计算方法研究固体颗粒在超临界汽轮机调节级和再热级内的运动特性的主要结果,并分析了汽轮机通流部分喷嘴和动叶片的侵蚀机理和侵蚀特性;章还介绍了为预防汽轮机喷嘴和动叶片免受固体颗粒侵蚀所采用的表面硬化处理技术,包括等离子喷涂层和扩散渗层在内;最后,给出了防范超临界火电机组固体粒子侵蚀的综合有效的措施,这些措施对预防非超临界机组的固体粒子侵蚀同样也是有效的。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of solid particle erosion(SPE) damages of supercritical and non-supercritical pressure steam turbines at home and abroad, and its impacts on the safety and economic performance of the turbines, the paper introduces the formation and characteristics of solid particles and the main research results of particles increment properties in the governing stage and reheating stage of supercritical pressure tnrbines by using the numerical calculation method, then analyse the erosion mechanism and property in the nozzles and moving blades of steam flow path.The paper also briefs the nozzle or moving blade surface hardening treatment technology,including plasma spraying and diffusion layer for preventing the nozzle and moving blade from SPE. Finally the paper summarizes the comprehensive effective measures for preventing the supercritical pressure unit from SPE,Which are also effective for preventing the non-supercritical pressure unit from SPE.
