快速凝固Mg_(80)Cu_(18)Y_2合金薄带的组织与性能

摘    要:采用单辊急冷法制取快速凝固Mg80Cu18Y2合金薄带,试验研究辊子转速、退火温度对Mg80Cu18Y2合金薄带组织和性能的影响,通过X射线衍射、差热分析、显微硬度测试、透射电镜等手段对薄带的组织和性能进行了观察与分析。试验结果表明:Mg80Cu18Y2合金薄带的组织呈完全非晶态,并且组织中存在大量的呈体心立方结构的Mg24Y5相。

Abstract:The Mg80Cu18Y2 alloy strip has been produce by single high speed cooling roll and rapid solid technology.The effect of roller speed and annealing temperature on structure and properties of Mg80Cu18Y2 magnesium alloy strip has been investigated.The structure and properties of the magnesium alloy strip have been observed and analyzed by X-ray-diffraction meter,differential thermo-analyzer,micro-hardness meter and TEM.The results show that Mg80Cu18Y2 magnesium alloy arise amorphous state and there are lots of ...
