摘    要:对虾、蟹、蝇蛹和蝉子虫为原普的甲壳素和壳聚糖的吸湿性和保湿性进行了研究,结果表明,蝉子虫甲壳素和壳聚糖有较高的吸湿性和保湿性。

Abstract:Hygroscopicity and moisture retention of chitins and chitosans from shrimp shell,crab shell,fly pupal cases and verhoeff were investigated.It was showed that verhoeff chitin and chitosan were superior to other sources in the hygroscopicity and moisture retention.
