氯化物介质中黄铜矿和铁闪锌矿的电化学行为

摘    要:本文分别运用三电极体系和双电池系统在氯化物体系中对黄铜矿的阳极电化学行为和不同的硫化矿电极对之间的微电池作用进行了研究。在三电极体系中,动电位扫描结果表明,黄铜矿的阳极氧化与电解质有关,但更多的依赖于电位。恒电位实验得出,高电势与低电势下,黄铜矿的溶解显著的不同。阳极溶解过程产生了中间产物。双电地体系测出了不同电极对之间的微电池电流,表明微电池相互作用在硫化物混合精矿的浸出过程中起了重要作用。

Abstract:Anodic behavior of chalcopyrite and the role of galvanic interaction of different sulphide electrode couples during leaching of niulti-metal sulphides in chloride medium wete studied using a three electrode system and a dual cell system in this paper,For three electrode system, potentiodynamic polar-ization measurements demonstrated that the electrochemical oxidation of chalc-opyrite was affected by the electrolyte and more imp0rtantly by anode poten-tial,It is concluded from constant potential experiments that at low anodic passive region and in the high anodic potential transpassive region(E>0.80V ),the decay of chalcopyrite is greatly different.An intermediate pro-duct formed during the anodic dissolution,The galvanic interaction was found to be important during leaching of multi-metal sulphides.
