摘    要:钢水的浇铸温度是炼钢生产过程中的重要参数,并在连铸中起决定性的作用。为确定合理的目标浇铸温度,对济钢25t转炉现场工艺温度参数进行了数理统计研究,建立回归方程,并对回归方程的实用价值进行了为期3个月的现场数据验证。

Abstract:The casting temperature of liquid steel is an important factor in the process of steelmaking and plays key role in the continuous casting as well. In order to find out the reasonable target casting temperature all process temperature parameters of Jigang 25 t converter production have been statistically analyzed, their regression equations set up and the practical value of the equations examined and verified according to the production data of three months.
