科氏质量流量计数字驱动方法研究与实现

摘    要:基于DDS和MDAC,研究科氏质量流量计数字驱动方法中的频率、相位、幅值跟踪。采用TMS320F28335芯片,研制科氏质量流量变送器,实现驱动方法。配以CMF025型号传感器进行了气 液两相流实验,实验结果表明,研制的变送器在两相流下能够维持流量管的振动并完成流量测量。

Abstract:The digital driving method which consists of frequency, phase and amplitude tracking based on DDS and MDAC is studied. A digital Coriolis mass flow transmitter is developed with TMS320F28335 chip. The driving technology is realized in real time. The gas-liquid two-phase flow-rate experiments are performed through connecting the transmitter with a CMF025 type Coriolis mass flow sensor. The results show that the transmitter can maintain the vibration of the flow tube and realize the flow measurement in two-phase condition.
