摘    要:针对图像感兴趣区域压缩问题,提出了整数小波和非均匀移位的ROI编码算法。该算法利用整数小波对图像进行变换,对量化后生成的小波系数进行非均匀移位,不仅能够保证感兴趣图像数据在低比特数据流中的优先恢复,还实现了使图像的渐近恢复过程更加适合人眼视觉特点的效果。通过对雷达图像的仿真,该算法效果明显,具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:To solve at the problem of ROI image compression, the integer wavelet transform and asymmetric shift ROI coding algorithm are presented , The image is transformed by integer wavelet first, then the coefficients are shifted unevenly, and the method can not only reconstruct the ROI data in a low bit-rate code stream, but make the progressive reconstruction of the image data more convenient for human vision system. By radar image compression, the result illustrates the efficiency and good application prospects of the method.
