| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PLC的OPGW光缆生产线的关键技术研究与系统开发,系统主要采用西门子S7系列PLC、分布式I/O以及闭环张力控制方案,结合生产工艺特点对PLC控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计进行阐述.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the key technology research and system design for OPGW production line based on PLC are introduced.The control system mainly adopts SIEMENTS S7 PLC,distributed I/O and closed loop tension control method to perform the task,and the hardware configuration and software design of the system are also discussed. |
