| 摘 要： | 阐述了知识经济时代企业所面临的挑战，在介绍制造企业模式演变的基础上，说明了大批量定制生产模式是企业迎接知识经济时代挑战的一种生产模式，并对大批量定制生产模式的内涵、哲理与实施方法进行了论述，对知识经济时代企业发展战略的制定提出了一些理论与技术建议。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiates the challenges with which the enterprises are faced, introduces the evolution of the enterprise product mode, and explaines that mass customization is a kind of product mode for enterprises taking the challenges of knowledge based economy age. Then it discusses the connotation, philosophy and implementation methodology of mass customization. It gaves some theoretic and technique advice for enterprises in the knowledge based economy age. |
